Project Overview

As a consultant at Sethi Solutions, I led market segmentation and product creation initiatives for WellnessFX that enabled the successful growth and eventual sale of their biometrics business. This work involved developing detailed customer segmentation, implementing data-driven product positioning, and creating scalable marketing strategies.
